Dreams and Visions

I got my vision/dream board done for 2012!  I love doing one every year and have done so for the last 4 years.  I always love seeing how many things I have accomplished at the end of the year.  It doesn't matter how big or small the vision/dream is, I know that with hard work and intention I can achieve it!

If you haven't ever made one and are unsure about it, this is how I do mine.

I get a piece of poster board, you can make it whatever size you like.  I like to use the poster board because it fits into my frame!

Then get you several magazines or find photos that appeal to you online and print them off.  Cut out anything that "talks" to you.  Don't worry about picking all of certain items, just look through the mags and get whatever speaks to you..  Get several items.  Then get your poster board out and start placing the ones you like the most.  Just glue them on the paper however it appeals to you.  I like to get some scrapbooking stickers just to make it look pretty, but it can be like a collage or you can put only a few on there and even write on it if you want.  It's YOUR vision/dream and anything goes.  Don't think that you are dreaming TOO BIG.  Just go for it!  You never know how things will turn out.

Then put it where you can look at it every day.  I like to frame mine and hang it in my office so I look at it everyday and know what I am working towards.

Then you will be more aware of your goals, dreams or visions.  It is amazing to me how many things come to fruition each year!

The photos don't have to be of your family, they can just represent what you have in mind.  So if you want to be closer to your spouse, you can get a photo of a couple, if you want to workout and get a certain body type, any photo will work that has that body type.  It is up to you!

All I recommend is that you have fun with it!
Last year several of my girlfriends came over and made them together. We had a BLAST!!

As you can see, everyone's board is different.  I love that!!

So, are YOU going to make one?
