I've always looked young for my age, I didn't used to love it. I would get upset when I got carded to purchase alcohol, or the time I got carded at the casino ( I was in my 30's). It's a compliment, I know, but I would get irritated.....
NOW, I LOVE getting carded or told that I look young for my age. I've been blessed with good genes (thanks Mom and Dad) and I eat right, drink my water, exercise and use good skin care products.
My niece told me that I look 30. I'm 46, so that is a big compliment! (She is 15) I'm sharing my secrets, so to speak with her and I want to share them with you too! No, it isn't an ancient chinese secret (now I'm really showing my age....)
What you eat, drink and put on your skin makes such a difference in how you look.
The foods you should eat include a diet rich in fruits, veggies and nuts. These all provide your skin with the nutrients, vitamins and fatty acids needed to maintain beautiful skin.
Drinking plenty of water ( at least 64 oz per day) keeps you hydrated and flushes out toxins in your body that affect your skin.
The products you use on your skin certainly affect how it looks. Use natural cleansers and moisturizers and of course Nerium AD. I am seeing such great results with Nerium. My age spots (yes, I have some) are fading, the wrinkles are going away, especially around my eyes, and my pores are getting smaller. I am loving it!
So, remember that what you eat and what you use are so important. Make the right decisions and you will have younger, healthy skin!! Isn't that what we all want?
