Black Pumpkins?

I've had a GREAT weekend so far!  We came to the lake and have been taking it easy and enjoying some time with Brian's parents!

Today was a trip to Tulsa, We shopped at Whole Foods and Bass Pro.  What wouldn't be great about that?

When we got home, Brian and I went for a walk and checked on our pumpkin patch.  It's funny, this patch has just sprouted up on it's own and it is HUGE.  When we were here last time, the patch was full of pumpkins, but someone has taken almost all of them.  There are more growing, but this was the only one large enough to pick.

I don't know much about growing pumpkins, do they turn orange after you pick them?  This one was so much darker than the other, smaller ones, it looks black.

We headed out for the evening and saw an amazing sunset.

Of course, we had to make a stop at the casino and they are all ready for Halloween....

Tomorrow is another great day at the lake and then it's back to reality!!!
